Added comment function to website

Now visitors can comment on blogs, projects and tutorials. This custom comment code has some nice SEO friendly functionality. Today I noticed I was in love with this website. The code is clean and modular. Let's see how far this can go.

You can make comments without registration. All comments are moderated. Click the Comment link at bottom of the page to open the comment form.
